If you wish to return a product, it must be done within 7 days of receipt. The product should be in new, unused, and undamaged condition to qualify for a return. Please note that in the case of a return within this 7-day window, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
After 7 days from the date of purchase, please refer to Section 5 of the Purchase Contract for further details on returns and exchanges. We encourage you to review this section carefully, as it outlines the terms for returns after this period.
For all returned products, refunds will be processed through Bank of America and your respective credit card company. Please note that the refund process may take several business days to complete, depending on your financial institution.
If a product is returned with any damage or signs of wear, we regret to inform you that a refund will not be issued. We highly recommend inspecting your purchase immediately upon receipt to ensure it is in perfect condition. If the item has been used or shows any form of damage, it will not be eligible for a return or refund.
